The trees with shadows growing long
And pooling like dark water
Although provide a sheltered calm
Obscure a distant
Caller.

To which you run
Tall trees spread out their branches
North to south
And the green takes all your words
Away.

Now above the canopy
Your eyes turn to the heavens
Where sun alights upon the clouds
Which march like herds of
Mountains.

Having seen the distant doors of night
Through which passes all creation
A sense of urgency is inspired
With nature's
Revelation.

From boundless skies
First it meets the mountain's peak
Avalanches down
To that land beyond the
Sea.
